Constant communication with our audience

MICHELLE:

Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!

DANIELLE:

I think a large part of our success is the fact that we genuinely care about our students and families. We want to build relationships with these families, and let them know they are important to us. Parents will come in just to talk or even ask for advice, and students know they can always come to us with anything they are struggling with. We are doing so much more than just teaching dance and music. We are helping shape these children’s futures.

KAT:

Personality, give them a show, tell them practically how to use the material and encourage them to continue through the difficult times
