Once the recital ends, you will likely celebrate the completion of this huge undertaking (as you should!). I have noticed several reference the end of recital season as the “Done Club”- I’d like to re-phrase the titling as the “Get It Done Club”. While the celebration is necessary, it is also important to use this post-recital opportunity to (1) capture registrations, (2) fine-tune marketing strategies, (3) review and address any facility needs, (4) restock supplies, (5) infused new ideas to classes and curricula, and (6) smoothly transition into Summer and the 2015-2016 Dance Season.
