This time of year equals chaos in the dance studio industry. Between rehearsals, practices, performances, and planning future sessions, the last thing on your mind is probably your marketing strategy/outreach.
This is an optimal season for reaching new and prospective students, and it is important that you are diligent and committed to your marketing efforts. You should be at the top of your marketing game- even if it means delegating some of the tasks to another staff member.
From community events to networking opportunities to print or grassroots marketing efforts to planning open houses and/or celebratory events, use every available vehicle to spread the word about your programming.
Also, stay attentive and proactive in your phone and email communication. Taking the time to speak to someone can make the difference in their choice!
Do everything in your power to make people want to choose your studio. 🙂
