Summer Camps offer the perfect opportunity to gain new students and grow your business, especially for new pre-ballet students. Start marketing your summer camps months in advance, and be sure to promote them during recital time. Parents may attend your recital for a family member, neighbor, or classmate. With the proper advertising in place, they may choose to try out the studio during the summer! With a fun summer program in tact – you will increase student numbers for the following year.
The Magical Kingdom of Dance offers a fun and exciting program that teaches their love of Ballet and French terminology! Using the MKOD materials – Alphamats, encyclopedia, flashcards, posters, etc. — introduce a new character each day of your week long camp. For example: try using Plié the Cricket, Relevé the Giraffe, Buzzy Bourrée the Bee, Sauté the Bunny and Tendu the Turtle! Each day a fun treat can match the character. You could also have fun crafts associated with the character.
Magical Kingdom of Dance has booked three conventions for the summer! Southern Association of Dance Masters (Memphis), Dance Teacher Web Live (Las Vegas) and Dance Teacher Summit (NYC). Click here for complete details.
