In this business (and, in all businesses, in my opinion), one of the most important things we can do is lead by example.
What frustrates us? Are we taking measures to eliminate any type of frustration that we may create or cause to others?
Are we patient and kind when we are the frustrated client vs. the instructor or the business owner?And, when we are dealing with frustrated clients are we patient and understanding or frazzled and disinterested?
Think about the things that drive you crazy in your daily operations. Are you taking note and really holding yourself to a higher behavioral standard?
How do you project yourself and your feelings? How might others perceive your projection?
The journey of self-exploration is constant, and as long as we maintain a constant awareness and readily seek to improve, we will be journeying in the right direction.
