Think of the following, and ask yourself which sounds better:
We would love to offer your family a free trial class.
We would love to offer your family a complimentary trial class.
Would you like to hold a space for your child in our programming?
Would you like to reserve a space for your child in our programming?
These are minor, subtle examples, but if you approach the entirety of your language with this mindset, you will improve and polish your overall presentation.
