“#” used to be called a “pound sign”, but, now, it is better known as a hashtag. Consider creating a studio specific hashtag to help archive studio-related information via social media.
Before finalizing your hashtag, make sure that it is not affiliated with any other studio or abbreviation. For example, with Stage Door Dance, the hashtag #sdd is frequently used for “same day delivery”, so #stagedoordance was a better option.
Think about how much fun you will have sharing pictures and media this way (and, it is a great marketing tool, too)!
