As dance educators, our job is to train students- we want students to have the fire, drive, hunger, and longevity to one day become experts. BUT- it all starts with the beginner.
The student that enters the studio curious about movement, excited for the opportunity, kindly conversing with friends, and expressing a sheer joy for the opportunity to partake in the performing arts.
Too often, students (and parents) lose sight of the journey- beginner, intermediate, advanced.
