Do you have a regular exercise routine? I exercise to energize, strengthen, and fuel my body. After all, it is important to have the stamina to endure 15 hour days. It is also nice to have an opportunity to take time for yourself. Even though we are in an industry where we are regularly moving and active, it is nice to have time that is reserved solely for our own physical and mental well being. Many of my colleagues have established similar routines, and it makes a difference in the quality of your life!

While I will use the treadmill under dire circumstances, I am not a huge fan of confined gym time. I have really found an enjoyment in Shaun T Fitness products, particularly FocusT25. When time permits, I also enjoy outdoor activities and taking classes (dance, yoga, etc.). The important thing is discovering an athletic activity that works for you- make it enjoyable and fun!
