Do people ever suggest you offer this or that type of class on this specific day or time? For example, maybe people suggest you expand your adult class offerings. Or, maybe they suggest you offer a type of dancing that strays from the culture and core mission of your studio.
When we were just starting our business, we used to try everything. If people made a recommendation, we gave it a shot.
Then, we realized what we do best, and we narrowed our focus to THAT- what we do BEST. After all, that’s why we opened a studio, and I’m sure that’s why you did, too.
Remember, you do not need to be everything to everyone. Focus on your strengths and offer what you do best. Your business will grow, your brand will build, and people will respect your confidence in your studio!
